Durga Coffee Shop, Kothrud

A popular hangout for students, this cafe is situated right next to Harsh hotel, near MIT, Kothrud. With a crowd swarming for one of Pune’s best coffees, it’s not too hard to spot the cafe. Serving a variety of mouth-watering cold coffee combos, you’ll never regret a coffee break at this little joint. The white coffee with chocolate syrup and the cold coffee with rum is what many choose to satisfy their fancies.

Coffee Stop, Shivajinagar

Located in the heart of the student buzz at Model colony, in Shivajinagar, coffee stop is a lovely respite from the sweltering sun’s drama or a relief from the winter’s frown. One can also be spoilt for choices when it comes to quick snacking with pani puris, momos, bhel, paav bhajji, etc. If you fancy roadside eating and coffee sipping, this is the place for you. But be warned, this place is usually crowded with hunger pang ridden folks wanting to catch up. With a variety of snack options and yum coffee, no wonder this is one stop shop for the coffee pop at coffee stop.

Pune Baking Company, Shivajinagar

A shop at Pune Marriott Hotel and Convention Centre, don’t let the name dismiss this coffee cafe. Firstly, being in the heart of the city’s college population, the Pune Baking Company (Or lovingly called the PBC), is surprisingly easy going on the pocket! With multitudes of snacking options and coffee that’s thick and chocolaty, you’d be good to go with just Rs. 200 in your pockets! Enjoy a luxurious environment priced rightly for the layman to experience.

Coffee Jar

Known for its lip-smacking coffee, especially hazelnut mocha, they have a variety of options in other bakery items too! Rush to coffee jar for a quick catching up session with your best buddy over cold coffee or the generous size of the hot coffee mug. One gets to choose the strength of the coffee they want! This jar is located at Wanowrie at Green Valley Meadows. Make sure to taste the cakes after your coffee though.

    We definitely will Sir.I am personally like Homer and its saddening that there aren’t many Donut Shops in Pune. But that seems to be slowly changing.. thanks for the sugggestion.

    this isnt really a true representation / list until you include savera and roopali, on fc road at the very least. as a regular of these places, I take great offence. (just joking) :)
