Music circle workshop
A special kind of workshop, which uses music, chanting and rhythms for self-discovery conducted by German singer Sabine Bundschu. Music, rhythm and chanting could there be a more joyous way to self-discovery. Sabine Bundschu brings together these three elements in her workshop “Music Circle” specially designed for music lovers, group leaders in all fields, educators, music teachers and therapists. Music and rhythm have a way of grounding us, says Sabine, of expanding our perception and bringing us into deep contact with ourselves and with the others in the group. To sing whole-heartedly is to experience the healing power of music. Among the things we will learn and experience is “Taketina” a meditative group process developed by Austrian born Reinhard Flatischler, based on the use of multi leveled rhythms. “Rhythm for evolution, and uses the body as instrument to guide one into inner silence.” Taketina allows participants to move at their own pace while exploring different levels of awareness, and to find their own way through to their centre.
