KSRTC reintroduces Volvo buses to Pune
News — By The Desk on November 20, 2007 at 3:40 PMNEWINDPRESS. COM, MANGALORE: Mangalore division of the Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) has reintroduced luxury liner AC volvo buses from city to Pune from Friday.
Mangalore KSRTC Senior Divisional Controller P B Karumbaiah in a press release stated that the luxury liner Volvo bus would ply via Udupi, Kundapur, Bhatkal, Kumta, Ankola, Yellapur, Hubli, Dharwad, Belgaum, Nippani and Kolhapur.
The bus would depart at 4 pm and reach Pune at 6.20 am on the following day. On its return journey, the bus will exit from Pune at 5 pm and reach Mangalore at 6.20 am.
The timings of Mangalore-Mumbai bus service leaving at 3 pm was revised and the bus will now depart at 2 pm.
The bus will ply to Udupi via Gurupur, Kaikamba, Yedapadavu, Moodbidri, Karkala, Nitte, Belman, Manchakal and Katpadi, the press release added.
